Choose your words wisely.

Updated: Jun 25, 2020

“You are master of what you say until you utter it, once you deliver it, you are its captive.

Preserve your tongue as you do your gold and money.

One word could bring disgrace and the termination of a bliss.”

Ali Ibn Abi Talib A.S

When we speak with our tongue; we utter a sound that emits a vibration wave out into the universe. This frequency pierces through the air and eventually becomes part of reality. It therefore exists in our unknown world; intangible and invisible. No words are empty words, as every syllable we speak engages energy towards or against us. Letters of the alphabet are just sounds that exist. When you get enough letters together, you begin to spell a word. When you get enough words together, you begin to cast spells out into the universe. I encourage you to be awareness of what you think before you speak. For example, If you constantly say “I can’t”, the energy of your words will repel the universal force against you. But if you say, “ I can!” the universe will do just that.

Cymatics is the study of visible sound and vibration. The term was coined by Hans Jenny (1904-1972). Sound vibrations can come in contact physically through the body and have an effect on our consciousness at the mental, emotional and spiritual levels. Everything is made up of energy. You, me, plants, animals and even planets. Energy is simply vibrational frequency that is continuously moving all around us and within us. If sound and vibration can make outstanding symmetrical images, can you imagine what humans can do with the energy within all of us? By using your voice, you able to relinquish stagnant energy. I'll leave you with this quote to encourage you to be more mindful of yourself.

"Watch your thoughts, for they become words.

Watch your words, for they become actions.

Watch your actions, for they become habits.

Watch your habits, for they become character.

Watch your character, for they become your destiny. "
